I don't see a real problem about CSS. For example all NG-Amiga systems have CSS-capable browsers and most people have a modern PC or Mac so there might be only a little few people left which could feel pissed if there are any at all. There are many other amiga-related sites around which uses CSS and nobody seems to have a real problem with.
