If you want an amiga-compatible computer (so called next generation) then you have two choices:
AmigaOne with OS4 or Pegasos with MorphOS
I prefered the Pegasos because it is cheaper, has better specs and MorphOS is more advanced for now (time can change).
If you want to use old software or games which needs the old hardware then it is better to get an Emulator (WinUAE or Amithlon) on a Wintel machine or an old Amiga.
