I have a  Dell ST2420L monitor that syncs to 15k.  It has HDMI, DVI and VGA inputs.  I picked it up off eBay for $60.00.  Non interlaced modes are fine but interlace flickers too much.  

Dell ST2420L - 1920x1080 24" widescreen monitor.
