Kitchen Sync c/w breakout boxes

Does c/w in the above mean "comes with"? In other words it has both the breakout box and the remote? Does it have the svideo output option?

c/w means "complete with" which means it comes with the breakout box and the remote, yes it has the y/c option but not the genlock option.

I don't have a bridgeboard to offer in trade for this. Would you consider selling it instead of a trade? I'd be very interested to do so if you would.
