There are a few automated motivator generation sites out there that would only require you to crop back to the original guru image and then copy the resulting new image to the site - Just add your own (de)motivational comments into the associated part of the site...

Err dude, you'll need to save that and then upload it to a photo dumping site like imageshack or photobucket, or even Amiga.orgs own gallery in order to show what you made, sorry.
