Ok, they made it some time ago, but I only realised recently.

A team of evil masterminds have combined my favourite TV series of recent years with one of my favourite genres of game (RTS) to produce, what I have to say, is a masterpiece of modding.

That second one looks the absolute bomb!

One thing though... Looks like they lost their website - it's currently being parked on, which is a damn shame.

The projects are still live though. You can see the progress being made on the latter on the crytek mod database website.

I saw that, just as well because it really does look the business!

Even the Homeworld 2 mod looks awesome. Just watch the closing few minutes of the engagement. You can almost feel your face being ionized from radiation flooding out of the detonating base star :lol:

I knew of the existence of the HW2 mod back when I started following the (now disbanded) Beyond The Redline freespace2 mod. I have to be honest in saying that HW2 was a game I had a demo for but that I never got around to getting... Meh maybe one day
