It may be nonsense to you. However, I'm entitled to my "nonsense" opinion as much as you are to yours.
Difference is, his isn't nonsense. I'll point out why below:
To me a true amiga is amiga classic or reincarnation of amiga hardware (Amiga One, Pegasos, minimig, Sam board). I think I will never call an emulator an Amiga, it is nothing but an Amiga Emulator running on el cheapo PC hardware.
In reality, both the A1 and the Sam should read not as el cheapo PC hardware, but biblically overpriced broken hardware. Of all of the "reincarnations", only the Pegasos 2 (or at a stretch, the peg1 provided it had the april fix) board was fit for purpose. The comment below covers minimig better then I would have.
It's hard to see a distinction between running classic Amiga OS & software under emulation on an A1,Pegasos, or Sam and running UAE on a peecee. Of the lot, the minimig is the closest to some theoretical "True Amiga". Those others have about as much in common with the original Amiga hardware as a load of dingo's kidneys. ;-)
