Actually been off Atkins for a while now, back to being a fat pig  :oops: Been thinking about getting back on soon...

Eat less, but more frequently, take regular walks. You'd be surprised how effective that is at helping keep the weight at bay.

Says the 5ft6 tall guy who weighs 11stone...
