In his youth, Terry Gilliam's satire shocked Christians and horrified Jews. His only regret is not having outraged Muslims. There's still time, the Python turned film director tells Sholto Byrnes. And he intends to make the most of it.

you see why i love this guy?
I consider him one of the last truly creative directors alive left. him and david lynch

I actually saw Brazil in LA when it came out and I was one of the only people in the audience. maybe the only one. and it's a masterpiece!


I agree he is a superb director, he recently made a series over here for the BBC about the middle ages, which was absolutely brilliant.

Not seen Brazil, though I am curious about it.
