http://amiga.resource.cx/install/A2090A-RodimeRO3055.dms - looks like the Rodime mountlist disk for that drive. It's probably an old 40 or 45 meg ST-506 (MFM or RLL?) drive?
If it doesn't work you might be miles ahead with an IDE68k-CF setup or something. Nice to see the pictures! That controller might just drive you insane though
