I just went down to the local hardware store and bought some nylon hardware and made my own. Buy the spacers, screws, nuts, and any washers you need, then cut and file them to the proper length by hand or with a dremel.
ALL the hardware should be nylon including the screws and nuts that way nothing will short out. My CS MK III 060 is happily and securely mounted in my A4000T that way and it looks nice and neat too.
