I'm not sure what OS version you are running, but if it's 3.1 just make sure the 68060.library and the 68040.library (dummy version) are installed in the Libs: directory. You can use HDTool box by changing the device to cybppc.device to set up your drives if they are connected to the UW scsi.
I think OS3.9 install handles the 060 installs fine without any worries about the libraries being in place first.
Other than that I have the Phase 5 install disk, but I have never used the rest of whatever was/is on it.
