Hello,
I'm really rusty, but a couple more ideas. Check the Rom revision of the machine. I don't think a Softboot Machine will work with an accelerator. You may need 2.04 or higher roms.
Also you may need static column ram in at least the first bank ? Just some ideas. Also check jumpers are set for an external clock source.
