Well, I will say - the first thing I notice when I leave OS X -- and this goes for any other OS -- is the lack of Expose.  God, that's a useful thing, especially for a single-monitor setup.

My other complaint would be that the system freezes up - (no Guru / Grim Reaper, just freezing) a good bit.  Reboots are fast, but it's frustrating.

And perhaps blakespot said in another thread that AmigaOS 4.1 experience is not in any way resembling the confortable experience he had with MacOS X.

I.e AmigaOS 4.1 is still just hobby OS compared to MacOS X.

Well, I've been a fan of OS X since well before it was OS X.  That is to say, I've lusted after NeXTSTEP since 1988.  Grabbed a 486 in '94 to run NeXTSTEP for Intel and even, later, grabbed a NeXTStation and an HP PA-RISC box to run the OS.  And I only went back to the Mac when I heard that NeXT was taking over Apple.  

So...I'm kind of biased.  But yes, I am quite satisfied with Mac OS X.
