its possible, sure. the only problem is lack of RAM. you didn't say how muchi is installed.
each partition takes buffers that 'eat' RAM.
to 'break' the 4Gb limit, I use setpatch from OS3.9 and pfs3 in a1200. it should work in a600 too.
there are other ways, though.
