I have paid for an item on ebay, but it never arrived (sent 1 month ago).
So my only option is to leave negative feedback? (never done that before). I have heard of 'dispute', can that help?
The seller is from Hamburg, Germany; he contacted his post office several days ago. According to him the shipping was insured.
There is not much time left, ebay says only 60 days to leave feedback..
