HDD spinup

Is there a list of HDD models that can spinup fast enough for KS3.1 to boot? (are Maxtors OK?)

its A4000, IDE hard disk.
I have been using some SCSI HDDs on Z3Fastlane card and it somehow seems to me they actually take longer to spinup (than IDE) but Amiga desides to wait for them?

I don't care about delay being too long. I want to switch to IDE only system and avoid having to manually reset on every cold boot.
