I had some good fun wiv my Dreamcast.  People call that a failure - the build quality wasn't so good but the games were esp. Shenmue...

The build quality was excellent, I mean, it's very much PS2 quality
And I can say that because I have one (a DC, and a friend of mine has a ps2) :-D
Heck, I think most of the GameCube games can be ported to a DC with a minimum of quality loss


I had one too and so did a few friends, the controllers in particluar were poor and reminded me of N64 controllers, very plasticy (PS2 has best controller of any console IMO).

Additionally those VMU's went wrong / fell out after a few months - No-one I knew had one that lasted a year...
