All the patents and trademarks are under the names "Commodore", "Commodore UK" or "Amiga Technologies"
When a company is sold along with its IP, the names on the patents, trademarks etc are rarely changed to reflect the new owner.
So we must assume that all the Amiga IP has been sold to each progressive owner, however individual bits could have been sold off along the way.
