When you used the Mediator in the Infinitiv toer, did you just keep the top open? I´m searching for the expansion box for the tower, because I have a Mediator and BlizzardPPC in such a tower, and hate to see the top being off permanently

Yeah, I did.  I remember looking for that for a while but no one seems to have it.  Shame really.  I managed to make it fit better with an apollo card I had as it was slightly smaller than my BPPC.

How much are the shipping rates for the rest of Europe

Sorry, I'm not entirely sure because Europe rates are so hard to guess.  What I tend to do is add around 60% the UK price.  It tends to be pretty close.
I only want to post the smaller items to Europe due to size.

Yeah, I will.  But I'm not sure of P&P costs so if you do win give a little bit of time to sort out packaging and costs before you pay.
