If you want to use TV out for games the mediator supports a whole heap of TV cards. You can set the output to your workbench screen and play the games in a window.
If you get a voodoo card a standard P96 driver is used.
I think the mediator only fits in a few tower cases (not unless you want to do a bit of modification) such as the power tower or elboxs own. There's a few nicer looking towers on
www.revanchellc.com.
IMO I'd spend the extra and get a mediator (or wait until the coldfire is released
). It's a bit annoying to set up but it's worth it in the end.
