Got a spare mouse for an A500?
I finally powered up my newly aquired (and first) amiga to find the mouse is stuffed. I opened it up to see if it was just a loose wire, and the sight I was greeted with would give anyone nightmares. Some butcher had tried to "fix" it before. Damn solder and bare wires everywhere. Too many short circuits to try and fix. In fact the whole quality of the entire thing inside looked like a home made job. Like absolutly everything, resistors, everything, was really poorly soldered and mounted.
I figured out that I can use the A key with the arrow to move, but it's a real pain in the arse to use it that way.
