OMG why torture the poor FPU with your pointless experiments ? what's the point of overclocking the fpu anyway ? any kind of improvement in any system related task ? No ? Then why risk burning your amiga for a stupid experiment ?

The FPU hack is not an experiment. Proven and works. Drop in a heat sink, maybe a fan.... My 3000 got that hack 10-12 years ago. Still runs fine. It was a cheap upgrade back in the day for those who wanted more rendering speed for graphics. If your one of those that kills ever thing you touch with a soldering iron then that's your problem.
And as I say... I don't recommend it any more. The hardware is too old, too scarce to replace and few need render speed hacks anymore.
