You will have to call them. I doubt they will answer your email in a timely manner.
I give the support folks at newtek points for trying hard. It took me a week and 4 phone calls before some understood what I needed and managed to find an extra one lying around some where. But I finally got one. It turns out to be the most bizare pinouts I've ever seen in my 24 years in electronics.
What they call "first generation hardware" there now, is obviously becoming difficult for there newest support people to deal with.
