Thanks for filling in some of the history behind AI for that time period. You wished them well, but at this point I think I'd wish your lawyer much more luck than them.

Your story sadly confirms feelings I've only supected about Amiga Inc until now.

And to think of that pack of bone heads calling us crackpots. Do we have any crackpots here that have blown millions of dollars, wasted a portfolio full of copyrights and patents, upset thousands of users, dozens of developers and failed to pay any monies that they owed to Bolton???

I think we know where and who the crackpots are. And they need to hand over the OS to Hyperion or to open source and slowly back away.

Look here ... for the DiscreeFX buy out effort.

I'm thinking AmiInc is making moves to pump up the apraisal value of their assets to attract investors or to improve a buy out price. Any one who does there home work on the history won't be fooled.
