As for spencer, I've seen worse than 95% before, it's not a horrid record. But I wouldn't want to be in the 5%. Checking a few of the auctions, it seems he/she is fast to pay, but slow to ship.

Why are we still talking about this nob?

Entertainment value. Plus I like to know when 'IT' trys
to change ID's and scam the next batch of buyers, so that
I'm not one of them. (Almost got me once)
