Fitting a TEAC CD 224E in an Amiga 1200 case

Hi guys: i have seen some projects of people adding a TEac slimline drive to their original A1200 housing

I was wondering if this model: Teac CD 224E would be good for this, and what kind of cables/hacks/modifications should i do to my machine in order to fit the slimline drive in the A1200 case
