Absolutely sir!
I have 2 A4000 american (110V) and i have been using them for the last 4 years with no problem (im located in Argentina, 220V & PAL)
I have them hooked to a 1942 & 1960 monitors, everything works perfect here...

These machines belonged before to some guy who did a lot of video effect & post-production (no Toaster) but you would only need a big power supply who changes from 110v to 220V or a step-down converter if you want to do the opposite (from a 220V to a 110V environment)
