My understanding is, you can download miamissl from miamis homepage, but the cypherrs themselves have to be purchased somewhere, there are 2 cypher packages, a US one and in international, you are not allowed to use theinternational one in the US and you cant export the US one internationally...i had a textfile somewhere i found on the net that explains it..and tells you where you can purchase the cyphers, i'll see if i can find it... :-?
