My guess is that he probably gave you some LAMEO excuse like he was working RETAIL during the holiday season and just FLAT OUT couldn't get to the POST OFFICE while they were open!
That loser probably offered to all some VCDs or other stuff to the order to fatten it up and thank you for your patience!

I checked usps.com and it showed that it WAS received(left) today!

BTW  How should I handle feedback for this transaction?  Although the guy did take 2 full weeks after payment to ship it, I did get it and it does work.  Thoughts?  I have never left anyone a bad feedback before.

Sounds like a fun little project! One of my other ones is a current ROM version, and I honestly could not tell the difference! But I only ran a few CD-I movies or programs at all!
ALSO remember that when you burn VCDs to do it in NTSC size & refresh!
PAL will work, but you loose aprx. 25 lines at the bottom!
