I have the exact same board, and am currently on the lookout for a chip to upgrade it with.
Keep us posted on if you succeed with the upgrade... Especialy with respect to performance with the cheap 060 with no mmu or fpu... those french instructions don't look too hard... I love the babelfish translantion of heatsink and fan (radiator and ventilator) heh..
I've been hanging out to find a decent cheap 060 chip.. but most of them tend to be those ones that don't have a mmu or fpu... not sure how they'd perform..
