I don't know the status for Cadaver so posting the link may be questionable...

Any, press F12 during the emulation should bring up a requester where you can "eject" the "inserted" disk and select disk 2.

If you've got the latest WinUAE (See the news) you can setup the "game & I/O ports" or "input" so you can use the keyboard or PC joystick to emulate an Amiga joysick. You'll need to resort to the manual now, or somebody else wants to bunp in.. This is one area I find WinUAE still lacking, an easy way to configure your own key bindings...

Haven't looked yet, but maybe there's a "create save game disk" option somewhere in Cadaver..
