Hello, I am that guy's realtor.

I am selling his house for $3,000,000.00 USD (that is 3 million $)

I am not going to tell you how the house comes equipped because I can't be bothered.

It isn't very big nor very fancy. It isn't even technically a "house" as it is just a double-wide trailer.   I have only have 1 MIL on me, would you consider taking that?

If it hasn't sold for 3 MIL by the end of the week then I will just destroy the whole thing.

If it was take it or leave it I don't think anyone would have a problem.  In this case it was "take it or I'll destroy it".

This is not a case of "take it or I'll destroy it".  Nobody would have a problem with that.

This is a case of "Give me a huge pile of money or I'll destroy it."

I wonder how many houses that guy has burned down?
I wonder how many cars that guy has intentionally driven into a lake?

What does he do when he can't get double the going price for gold jewelry?  How does one destroy Gold?
