BUG: Quoting doesn't work in Social Groups

I got the following error message:

• The text that you have entered is too long (1464 characters). Please shorten it to 1000 characters long.
• BB code quote is not allowed.
  

Designing a computer game requires lots of intricate conversations.  We need quoting in our group.  And we need longer messages too.  Thank you very much.

I can wait.  I already stopped inviting people here.

I figured 8 people would be enough to just experiment with social groups to see if they really help out or are just a silly toy.
I am always trying to find more productive ways of doing things.
It would be really cool if Amiga.org helped me to organize my team better.  Maybe we might actually produce a new Amiga game or something...
