I had an A1200 with 030@40Mhz and while it was ok with old A500 stuff, it was only with Whdload that it became really useful for classic games. The only trouble is, you need to -buy- Whdload to kill the timed splash screen and it only works with original disks (not cracks).
Installing games is frought with disaster with those 15-20 year old disks too...
Kinda annoying compared to other solutions.
