Netsurf for OS3.x is ok-ish, but while it can render CSS content ok it lacks some things that IBrowse, Aweb and Voyager have. Additionally it requires at very least an '060, graphics board, and considerable RAM. Pretty much for the realm of emulation.
I used my classic Amiga for 6+ years and most of the times the images were turned off, so I was only reading texts. IBrowse and AWeb suited me very well, IBrowse being the preferred. Now looking at this times I think you may be very well for basic Internet browsing even with
Lynx that I used with custom screen simulating Unix colors, together with BitchX.
