Can I? I went to the page and I noticed you can't just register over the web anymore and I'd really like a Key for my Amiga and MorphOS machine.

If you can not, you still can IRC with BitchX.
It performed very well on my Amigas with the ANSI emulated console.
It's an UNIX app, that is alien to the Amiga interface (text based only), but it is very good.

Some minutes ago I downloaded the OS4 native version of AmIRC that does not need registering. So far it is stable and works. I can not test it much since there are not much active IRC channels nowadays.

My /CTCP version reply

«Reply» drHirudo VERSION AmIRC/AmigaOS4 3.12 (c) 2010 AmIRC team : http://www.amirc.de/ : The slow mess client

Another classic software that can be legally obtained only with AmigaOS 4 (like IBrowse).

From the changelog:
Code: [Select]
- Replaced all "MorphOS" in catalog strings with proper "AmigaOS" ones.

So, its a port from MOS then?
Probably someone with the sources shall also port it to AmigaOS 3, since it is no longer on sale.

I think I'll just head over to EAB and request a key there.

It is easy to see from other chatters to see if you are using legal key or not. I remember people being banned for using public keyfiles 11 years ago. Oh, the memories.
