One has a missing mouse port and the other is complete but has issues with the floppy drive. It was given to me by a friend, I tested another drive but no joy. It clicks but does not notice when you put a disk in.

It is probably a very minor problem, so you have a complete system if you have the patience to sort it out. Unfortunately I lack the time or the space to sort it out. I'm not too sure but I think there might be a little 030 or something in the trapdoor too.

I am near Chester.

The A1200s are sold as seen, I know for a fact that the complete system does not read disks but boots successfully to the Workbench prompt.

I assume the one with the missing mouse port just works without it? How much for that with the accelerator board posted to Hull?

I will find out for you and post in this thread for a rough idea of delivery cost, baring in mind that unfortunately we are at the beginning of the working week so will be a few days yet until I get chance.

Hey Hopper, that A600 looks very white, does it work and just have a few keys missing or is it dead?
and can you tell me how much you'd like including postage to Nottingham UK?

Mike

It was working fine earlier this year but then had the infamous caps-light permanently on issue and would not boot up properly. In fact if you search this forum you will probably find the thread when it started to go wrong and exactly what is wrong with it.

I am willing to part with the A600 and its external drive for £10 + postage.

Isn't that a Commodore 64 "C"?

I don't know, all I know is that it was bought in Christmas 1990 as part of the Commodore Night Movies Pack.
