Personally, i think the future is bright for the amiga.
Dont forget about all the users that were active during the -80:s and early -90:s and now are returning to the Amiga.
Ok, the Amiga might not counqer the the world, but so what..?

Indeed.
Some people may see it is "unrealistic optimism" but the thing is, you are probably the same people who think Amiga is dead. Amiga is NOT dead. Commodore 64 is NOT dead. In fact I doubt many actual computer platforms are "dead".
As long as their are fans, and sofware and/or hardware being developed (no matter how little or slowly), then the platform is still alive IMO.

The Amiga is dead "as we know it", and has been for years. And by "as we know it" I mean the mainstream and advanced platform it was over 10 years ago. But HOPEFULLY we have all grown to accept that those days are gone, most likely forever. What we CAN deal with though, is that Amiga is still in business, there are new bits of Amiga hardware being constantly developed, there are still users out there, and there is still software being developed for the platform.

Spirituality is for people who have been there.
