well, it's a 2.5" laptop HD, power is supplied through the cable from the motherboard. You can get the mount kits for these on ebay periodically. Another place to try if you are here in the states in Software Hut:
http://www.softhut.com/cgi-bin/test/Web_store/web_store.cgiGenerally, they have the kits which contain the mounting bracket and the cable.
As long as you have OS3.1 install floppies the rest is a peice of cake.
