I think all they are saying is they had OS4 running on an 68k machine. Ie, the Amiga4000 is the 68k machine.
Well since Hyperion have confirmed it, I guess it's ok to also say that it not only boots Workbench on PPC equiped Classics, but is also launching 68k apps. They are now working on moving those 68k modules to PPC native.
