I WILL try it next week on a blizzardPPC that has now 040@25 ovcloked at 32.5 and a ppc@160 overclocked at 227.5  .
Does anyone knows where can I find the 68060 ROM for blizzardPPC ??? I thought the roms was the same..
Also I will try to find and solder a socket for the proccessor    to be easyer to exchange again IF necessary.
Any link for the 060 rom ?

I Just managed to desolder 68040 from the blizzard ....
I Also soldered  a self made socket onto the blizzardPPC just incase I would need to change again the processor..
So now I am just waiting for the 2 68060 processors I bought from ebay to arrive.... (its from germany and it has two weeks already :-? ).
BUT.. I havent tested if the board works with the 040 on the socket because it was very difficult and dangerous the desoldering/soldering and it took MAAANYYY hours with the iron on the board.. I hope its working.. I will find out in an hour or so.
Pray for my board!!! and wish me luck.

p.s. I have made a commitment to write a tutorial about how I did it and all the phases and emotions on the experiment
 :-D

EDIT:
By the way I testit and the board is working great like before .
