BlizzPPC and PCI problem HELp!!

I have a weird problem with my blizzardppc and grex.
I had the blizzard(rev0) working fine with my bvision and I took a grex from a friend to try it to my amiga. The problem is that after installing grex drivers and CGX4 updates the CGX doesn't detect the voodoo3 card BUT the pciscan detect it !
I found that the update of the CGX has written the voodoo3 driver on the devs:monitors without an icon, so i tried after the system boot to run it manualy and after to assign an icon but nothing happened. CGXmode does not open, and I have tried both the first and the latest flash on the blizzard for the grex and many of the CGXupdates the only exception is that with the latest flash I can see the early startup menu and go to shell by selecting noS-S promoted by the voodoo3 but after the boot nothing.. Any thoughts ?

I have test these flashes with the same result:

except that with the latest I can see something on the voodo3(early startup)
Can you suggest me the CGX4 updates that I must use ?
I belive I must use the first flash(PCI_1_3) ,
this (http://www.grex.amigaworld.de/daten/grexdriver1_0.lha) Grex driver and this (http://www.grex.amigaworld.de/daten/cgxv42grex_r2.lha) CGX4 update..
Also I belive that the cgxupdate that comes with the grexdriver1.0 is for CGX3 so it mustn't be installed..
Is that right ?
Anything else that I must have in mind ?

because I have spend too much time (bout a month) trying to make it work I decided that if I cannot fix it a minimac will get my money even thought I don't want to left this great community... BUT IM FURIUS and feel USELESS althout I'm an amigan for 15 years.Maybe 15 years is too much or Im too old  now for all these...

ok for the flash but the other two you are suggesting isn't in need of the latest flash with openpci support ?
I mean you point to the latest driver for GREX 2.2 and the latest CGX4 Update 4.3beta ... I though this needs openpci supported firmware..
Anyway I will try it NOW! and I will post the results.

I've done the above updates but the problem still remains..
the pciscan 1.0 detect correctly the voodoo3 connected to slot 3 the pciscan 1.1 does not detect cybpci.library (correct) but the cgxstatus say  0(zero) graphics cards installed, and ofcourse CGXmode does not open. I also tried with setpatch NOROMUPDATE just in case....
I will try with a borowed blizzppc rev.2 to see if the problem resist from my blizzard rev.0 or it is something on the setup..
Any suggestions greatly appreciated!!!

I just tried with another blizzppc rev.2 and I have the same results so Im almost sure now that is a software problem.
Can someone e-mail me the necessary libs,prefs,etc from a working system with grex ?
don't know what is going wrong , but I suspect my CGX4 CD died .
the updates finish OK but from the fact that I get no icon on devs:monitors it makes me think that has something to do with it...
Also its not of a problem to send me stuff from v3 'cause if it works I will rebuy cgx4.
