I have worked in a call centre and I quit after 6 months of "torture". I would not wish it on my enemies!
It was a real nightmare, being physically "chained" to the desk by a headset and having (rare)short breaks timed by the second.
Call centres are the modern day 'sweatshops'. It comesas no surprise that this industry has one of the highest turnover of staff.
Ever wonder why a lot of call centre jobs are being outsourced to India ?
I'll leave it at that, I think its quite obvious that mine was definately a bad experience. :ranting: :roll:
