Sorry to put it so bluntly but I don't believe it will ever happen unless you already have that much in personal finance and are dedicated enough to blow it on this project. It absolutely makes no business sense at all.

I don't know the true intentions of those involved but if they know anything about the Amiga community and its history they would steer clear of anything that bears the hallmarks of a classic scam. The community has been hardened as a result of all the scams, vapourwar and false promises to the extent that they would probably not even donate $50 dollars to any Amiga project even if the Queen herself   endorsed it.
