Prometheus network cards

Hi,

I was wondering if I may ask some questions about the Prometheus, I'm a bit confused.

i) People keep telling me it has DMA problems, is this still true, or did it get fixed on the last boards?

ii) Does Matay still own/manufacture the boards, or was all stock sold to you?
