I have tried to locate either one of these cd filesystems, but I can't find it?

Where can I find Asimcdfs or Cachecdfs?

Does anyone know where I can get these?

Hello doctorq!

No, I have not given up on Amiga. I just have moved to my girlfriends apartment, and it has taken some time to get all up and running.

I have my A1200T right next to my PC, but my current monitor does not support the boot up menu on the A1200, so I can't configure it.

That's why I would like to get WinUAE up and running for the moment, until I buy a new monitor.

Ok, so AsimCDFS and CacheCDFS is commercial stuff. Where can I buy it?

Is there some other cd file system that can handle long filenames? I read about AmiCDFS that it only supports 8.3 filenames, is this correct?

Hello Matt_H!

The only reason that I don't want to use AmiCDFS is that I have heard that it does not support long filenames.

All I require is that the cd file system, can support long filenames on the cd, that's all. I will certaintly take a look at BabelCDFS. Thanks for the link.
