AmigaInc's AmigaDE, which contractually prevents those developers from working on AmigaOS stuff without express permission from Amiga Inc. (To the best of my knowledge that is).
Well, unless they changed the SDA contract since I signed it, your knowledge is wrong. There is nothing in the SDA which stops me from developing for *any* other platform, including AmigaOS. Amiga can't stop me - if there *had* been such a condition in the SDA, I wouldn't have signed it. The SDA I signed (and it's standard afaik) only covers work I do for the AmigaDE, and that's it.
