Look at this LG 17-incher over at ebuyer.com (16ms, great contrast and looks great)

I bought that very monitor from that very shop the other day. First impressions are that its really fscking lovely. No ghosting, really good colour, nice wide viewing angle

In fact the only problem is that the Windows colour management  software that comes with it is {bleep}e and created a b0rk3n monitor profile and causes Adobe Photoshop to whinge it every time it starts. One uninstall later and all is well with the world again.

Jose - that's still correct. That said, you don't notice it when playing games or videos in a lower res, and using Windows at 1280x1024 (the native res) is ace[1]!
