I bought that very monitor from that very shop the other day. First impressions are that its really fscking lovely. No ghosting, really good colour, nice wide viewing angle :)

In fact the only problem is that the Windows colour management  software that comes with it is {bleep}e and created a b0rk3n monitor profile and causes Adobe Photoshop to whinge it every time it starts. One uninstall later and all is well with the world again.

Yes, that was a software uninstall :)

Jose - that's still correct. That said, you don't notice it when playing games or videos in a lower res, and using Windows at 1280x1024 (the native res) is ace[1]!

[1] Compared to using Windows at a lower res. Its all relative :)
