Well, I've the same thing here.
A1200 caps are dying (over 15 years for CMS caps is great !!), so I have to use an AT PC PSU directly on the floppy power connector.

If i use the same AT PSU power it by the "normal" Amiga PSU plug I only have 4.74v.... while on the floppy connector I reach 4.96v and the machine is sighly more stable.

But I will need to replace all caps on it soon, before they leak... :-o

I fixed years ago some NFORCE2 based mobo (2003-2004) with explosing caps ... :crazy:
